Rule #2: Give detailed information about your problem, including when it happens, exact error messages received, what OS you are running, your system specs, whether your drivers are up-to-date, whether you\'ve correctly installed and updated Planeshift, and anything else relevant. This is not because we\'re klepto-info-maniacs. It\'s because we can\'t help you without it.
