You\'ve got to decide what you want to be.
Right now, you can pretend to be whatever you want, noone will ask for proofs; besides, you don\'t have to stick on any of the proposals you said, those are simply guidelines to help you during char creation process (that is, right now, bugged) so just choose the one you feel more comfortable with, later in game if you change your mind, pretend to be something else.
I mean, there\'s no label up your head saying \"That guy choosed to be a rogue\" in game; just your name and guild labels, wich, from what I\'ve seen, seem more than enough for the average.

If you\'re that certain you\'ll be ending as a knight or rogue, why not choose them right at the beginning?

You have to understand that there are no real classes here. As it has been stated, those are just guidelines. All it does in the character creation process is determine your stats. Your appearance will not be altered depending on what you choose, neither will your skills - you still take care of that on your own (in the case of appearance, that will be much later in the game future). No one will know (or really care) what you chose during the character creation. What they will care about is your roleplay.

also keep in mind that the classes are very unbalanced at this early of a state in the game. so if u choose to be say... a mage, prepare for frustration since magic starts out even weaker than your fists in most cases (not many spells yet anyway and they cost 1000 tria each), but simply buying a sword 5x cheaper can make 1-3.00 damage into like 10.00.
but its your choice just experiment with different combinations :D

The choices that you make in the character creation wont really limit you if you want to change the focus of your character later on.  Of course it will give you a head start in one or two particular areas (say you fight have high strength and low wisdom so you\'ll be more suited to combat rather than magic) but you can make up for this by training those areas that you\'re lacking in.

No maps currently, and no auto-maps in the future. There will be a Cartography skill with which players will be able to create their own maps, with time to come.

Progression points are needed to level in every skills.
Example: If you want to level stg, you must get some trias and some pp\'s (progression points) then speak with the right npc to level you.

When the characters will be wiped ill plays as  female Enkidukai (you think that male or female looks better ?!) and she will be a warlock. Do you think that this combination is good? What do you think is the best character to use sword & shield?
