\"Do you want to save diagnostics file?\"

Ov course i click yes cuz one thing i hate is lost data

Erm... you seem like a nice fellow, but you could have just looked around a bit and seen your answer in other threads :)
Likely you need to run the updater, that\'s the main cause of random crashes right now. THe onyl other thing is background sounds. If you crash when enter buildings, etc, turn off sound in pssetup.

Pssetup.exe, a separate application that was included in your download package. Look for it inside your main PlaneShift directory, usually C:\\Program Files\\PlaneShift Crystal Blue if you are on Windows. The updater is in the same location, though a separate utility.

Strange random bugs will still occasionally happen, as the game is far from perfectly stable at the moment. The devs are constantly working on fixes and code improvement, however, so these spontaneous crashes will have to be put up with for now, if you have done everything you could already to prevent them.

Not a problem. I presume you are using Windows, so do the following:

Go to Start -> Programs -> PlaneShift Crystal Blue -> PlaneShift Updater

Click the update button and wait for it to finish, after which you can click exit.

In the same directory (Start -> Programs -> PlaneShift Crystal Blue) you will find the PlaneShift Setup. Run this, and look at the options for sound. There will be an option to turn sound off completely - choose it.

These steps usually prevent the majority of bugs new players experience.
