why dont my planeshift let me login?

hi guy and gals i need some help with this game.ok well i start the game ive done the updates and launched it.i put in my email account and my password then i press on join or start and it says after 10 seconds that the server is not reachable!!!!

I DONT GET IT!!!

plz can sumone tell me wat the proplem is with the game cus i realy want to play it as it looks excelent.

I don\'t think this is a Mac specific problem, try looking in the Newbie Help section. Did you create an account at http://laanx.fragnetics.com/register/ ? That\'s the only thing I can think of, unless the server is down, in which case just wait awhile and try again later.

in the page where you have to insert your email and password there is a part of the window that is called \"Servers\".
You should see Laanx there: which is the number next to it?

Yeah, I saw the same thing on the newb section before.  Server is down today i believe.

If next to \"servers\" there is fail and if you can read on laanx.fragnetics.com that the total number of users is 0, then the server is definetely down :-)

That is a temporary problem of a different nature respect to what they were encountering.
Obviously, it is impossible to register a new account if that page is down :-)
