How do you make money in the beginning?

Im new and I dont have any money to buy a weapon with. And where is your house?

Go into the sewers, kill rats and then sell their hides for money. You will need to kill between 10 and 120 rats for a weapon (for varying types).
You do not have a house.

you just have to wait your turn with 20 other people trying to kill the one rat that newbs can kill.

you could always just go after the rogues... theyll give way more exp. anyways :tup:

plus not alot of people are strong enough to kill them anyways so theres rarely a \"line\" for them

EDIT: but i do suppose you would have to kill rats for a while to get that strong anyways  :D

unless i missed something, they\'re asking for money, not exp.  rogues don\'t give any money, and are difficult to defeat as a newbie.

there are other rats out there... there\'s one in the arena. and if you\'re really lucky you may even be able to see some of the game greats in all their combat glory.

then there are a whole bunch of rats over in o-town. a bit of a trip. but easily doable.

There are a few rats in Ojaveda.

You may group with your friends and fight and loot stronger creatures like Teffusangs.

Yes there are Rogues with loot, just try to find them, but you need to have enough HP.

Another thing, When you are grouped the player that give the last hit keep the Exp. points.

As a noob. Do not go behing the crates. rogue killed me in that town when I followed the scaffolding behind the crates.

After the update they should be back.
There is mining also... You can get money from that too.
