Make the SF request tracker accessible

I get permission denied when I try to browse the SF tracker.

Either remove the link or make it accessible, please.

Which place that links there are you refering to? One problem with the diverse nature of planeshift is that many of the websites etc, are all done by different people so it is hard to keep them all up to date at the same time. The SF tracker was closed as it was not being usefull, and was replaced with  http://planeshift.oodlz.com/bugtracker/ If you are going to post new bugs, be sure to use the various tools to dearch, there are many things you won\'t even think have been reported hiding in there ;)
