I request help from an expert
« on: July 17, 2005, 08:27:06 pm »
Hello my name is Zubin, this is not the first or second time I have played an rpg and I would like to address a problem I have been experiencing. When I proceed to updating the client I have a problem where the updating stops at 16 percent, then later when I try again there is no connection and the updater runs out of mirrors. When I tried to ping the connection to the server I found that it was disconnected.

-Could someone please tell me why this is happening, and what I could do to prevent this from happening further? I would deeply appreciate it.

I\'m having problems to ping the direction laanx.fragnetics.com

You can do a command called \"tracert laanx.fragnetics.com\" in a ms.dos console that will show you the steps the packet follows till reaching laanx, you\'ll then find out wich node is failing.

Anyway, the server must be up and running, because this is the first message complaining.

What can you do to solve it? Really not much because you can\'t force a route for your packets till laanx, the nodes between have their own rules and you can do nothing to change them.
