When i get on the Laanx server and try to log in it says: \"You are not running the correct version of Planeshift for this server.\" But i have the 0.3.009 version...why can\'t i get on?

Ok, well, Planeshift is currently at .3.010 so firstly check the Mac OSX forum and read the sticky post called \"A guide to running Planeshift on Mac OS X\". Follow the instructions and you should be able to update and play.

Next time use the Search button. ;)

Read the post...It tells you to click the Update all files button. It also says that the built in updater is broken. Doesn\'t sound like you read it that thoroughly.

and i did read it...

3. Try using the built-in updater to get the latest files: Double-click the file updater(.app) in your Planeshift 3D folder. Once it finishes launching, click \"Update,\" sit back and relax (you\'re in for a pretty long wait).

didnt say that it was broken. so i asked what was wrong...

NOTE: Only check \"Update all files\" when updating between major releases

I didnt know that the 010 was a major update. so i asked.

No worries. But any update is needed for you to be recognized by the server and allowed to play. As for the updater, the very next line says that if it doesn\'t work, just try using the unofficial one. Hopefully shouldn\'t take long to finish up your download and hope to see you in-game :D

Thanks Kias for clearing that up.

There\'s no need to make two threads. I responded to your other thread and we can continue further discussion there. As for this thread... iLock.
