Game Doesn't Start; Unexpected Issue

Game doesn\'t open, Message pops open:Something unexpected happened in Planeshift : cristal blue. Exception at address: 6923684a, exception code : C0000094.

Pleasse help, (game downloaded from official site) I wanna PLAY :)

Right now you can\'t play because the server is down for update.
When reporting a crash please say also what system do you have and what OS are you running on it.

you get some kind of unexpected error message in windows when it crashes, so thats whats to do with the title.

with the error you might want to check here http://command.no-ip.com/dmp/ did you get asked to save a file? you might want to upload it there. i think.
