Update the updater!

i want to suggest an update to the updater which will mean that when a n00b connects for the first time and the server\'s down he won\'t just get an annoying \"mirror unavailable\" message, or at least have some sort of status page for the server somewhere on the website to tell people if it\'s up or down

otherwise you have people running around the forums like madmen screaming \"mirror lost, OMG MIRROR LOST!!!! WHAT DO WE DOOOOOO!!!!!\" etc etc.

just a suggestion that would be really, really helpful.

If you check the game server in the update, it will tell you its down. BTW, why are you caller other people noobs, if you still are one. (Sewer Rat)

lol i was supposed to say \"a n00b like me\" but oh well :D

i mean yes you experienced members know that the server is just down for maintenance, but look at it from the perspective of someone who has never played this game before?
