Version 0.3.011 available

The update to version 0.3.011 is released. You can get it from our download section.

As many of you already know, ALL characters have been deleted, while the accounts are still present. So our database still has you email address and password stored. You do not need to recreate the account if you already had one. Just login as you have done till today.

If you had a character in MB version of PlaneShift (0.2.x), you can migrate it to the new version. To do that, just login with your CB account, then create a character with the same name of the previous MB char, and you will get some additional trias plus, if you collected many crystals, a special item.

In addition to the features listed on the previous news item, we added a number of books to jayose library. Go there and right-click on the shelves.

I updated using the updater, but I don\'t see a download for a new version alltogether (11 as opposed to 10).  I guess I misunderstood something?

got the client, updated, it says v 3.011 and the only server availible is called fragnetics, is this how it should be guys? hopefully I\'m not too far behind everyone else in this process.

I have updated to 0.3.011, but seems the server is still down.
I cannot see that they have written anything about the update on the web-page either. Well well, hoping the server will go online soon

He he I only missed the release by 1 hour. But hey the server is still down, so I didn\'t miss anything.

EDIT: Oh actually I haven\'t. The time is not in GMT 0

EDIT 2: Trying to update but the updater is stuck on \"Checking for Updates\" there must be mighty a lot of updates.

It looked like a massive update for me...then I realised it was because I had changed the music files so it was downloading all the music again :/

Edit: Fragnetics is the only server, so if you see that, that is where everyone is

ive yet to even play this game, but sitting here reading my book (rama II by arthur c clarke and gentry lee) ive been watching the forums and did the update. now im all giddy about a new game with all players my age, man there is something so sweet in the beginings

i also used the updater and see a server named fragnetics

Oh by the way I think we get new spells because the updater is loading new sound files from spells.

EDIT: It also adding a lot of effects for different spells.

Its kind of exciting, like getting a game on launch day, starting from square one with everyone, hopefully there wont be too much chaos in the training areas. I\'m just watching movies and building heroclix teams, impatiently checking to see if I can log in. As there are no more clix tournaments this week, I need something else to occupy my time, hopefully planeshift will fill that gap.
