It won't work!!

I just downloaded the new update, installed it, did the update, and now i want to play but something is wrong. when i start the program the loading picture is just black and the login page is black except fo the words. when i type, the words just overlap and when i try to make a character, all it lets me do is pick my race.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Try uninstalling and downloading and installing the new Vers from the Site

what are you running on windows mac or linux, linux and mac dont have the new version yet so only windows players can play i hope this helps

If you are on a PC try changeing the color Depth in the setup Program to a lower seting see if that helps...
