hi im new and i installed and all that but i cant get my thingy to work it says server failled to acces or whatever please help PLEASE

run the updater, tell us your os and specs of oyur hardware, explain the problem BETTER

the actual error message would be helpful. unfortunately with trouble shooting whatever isn\'t incredibly helpful.

ok sorry it says when i try to enter the server fragnetics it says fail by it and if i try it says it cant be reached (the error sreen is a part of ps) and it has always said fail and were can i get the upgrade and waht is it

check that your ports are open to allow connections of the updater and client through, cant remember what they are

do have a router on your side?
do have a firewall up and running?
and just in case
is the server currently up and running?

I have the same problem.

However, my planeshift does update.
I still can\'t get in.  Gives the server failed and can\'t be reached.

XP
Pentium 4 2.8ghz

sometimes when it still says fail u can log in i did it sometimes and works
