Wow. You really brought out the third dimension in the dwarf piece. It looks deliciously 3D, and the colours are just perfect I think. I\'m particularly impressed with the face and skin details; the highlights and shadows really bring this guy to life.

Kudos x 100 :)

Pffft Lordbug. As a gamemaster you are obligated to be more articulate.

I have to agree with Karyuu on the folds of the cape but that dwarf is outstanding... almost enough to make me want to be a dwarf ingame >.>

Apparently the mad 4rt sk1llz don\'t come with the trial version of alias sketchbook.. I\'ve had it sitting around, but I\'m so busy with other stuff I never have time :/ That\'s probably why my artwork looks rather like Lordbug\'s avatar.

Hope to see you ingame or on the planeshift IRC channel (my \"official\" haunt)

i really have little room to talk, since you  are far better than me at art in general, and especially coloring. but i feel obligated to critisize, only for your benifit, that the arms are a bit out of proportion. I think the right arm closest to the veiwer is i little too long as it would almost touch the ground according to the length of his legs.

Actually, i think the thumbs are on the wrong side of the hand but i could just be seeing it wrong.

other than that its absolutely gorgeous!!!!
the lighting is beautiful. Youve inspired me to do something good for planeshift now.

Keep up the excellent work

ALL exspecially, ALL, critizim is welcome.  It shows me where i do things wrong. I cant see all the things i do wrong... after i do it too long. =) It just kinda blinds me. i just keep it going aslong its finnished.  (for my opinion). But  for  now,  in my blackboard i have done just these  things wrong: 1: rendering the cloak 2: too long arms :P  If you guys find more things to critizise its all welcome. and i hope that u do. thats the main reason that drives me  for (between your greets) to do better =)

This certainly is good and, as has been stated, the 3D-ness is impressive.
However, it looks somewhat artificial, like a garden gnome. A photo of one, though. :) Also, the background\'s style doesn\'t align with the dwarfs style AFAICS.
Still:

Awesome! Love everything about it! The detail on he\'s clothes and background are amazing! :))
Makes me kinda angry though. I wish I could paint that good, heck, I wish I could actually paint!
Anyway, fantastic job:tup: !

I find that it helps to see your own mistakes by mirroring your images, turning them upside down and such. Gives you a new perspective. Now fixing those errors is another matter all together.  :D

As to the cape and folds, I had thought it was a large backpack at first. It still looks like one to me, and the folds add to the effect.

*looks at his post in a mirror and sees many typos. Tries to fix*

I should really not write when I am this tired.

*goes back to writing.*

Hey TTronic,

Cool art! I know it\'s not PlaneShifty, but I\'m impressed by the strong action pose on that Orc. Not the usual \'just standing there\' image I see so often. ( I\'m not saying here on these forums specifically, just on art sites in general!)

The first fenki is too human for my tastes, but some may like it. I\'ve seen a lot of anime type catgirl fenkis and this is it\'s equivalant to me, just done in an American comic style.

Second fenki is much better! There\'s a few anatomy problems, especially on the right leg, but I have to admit that mixing human and cat anatomy can be tricky and you did a pretty good job nonetheless. I really like the details you added through the costume though. It\'s adds so much to it.

Demorian is great! Your posing and expression capture an intense moodiness here.

I agree with Karyuu about the dwarve\'s cape though. The wrinkles here, as well as in some other places, are not falling correctly over his body. If you can\'t practice drawing clothed people from life, take some clothing or a blanket and drape it over a chair to study how it falls and how folds are created. Must say that your painting technique is rather good and adds much to the depth in the peice.

Overall, great stuff. keep posting. I\'d love to see more!
