Quests can be done several times.

I\'ve been able to do many quests several times, by exiting the zone and then entering it again, (or maybe it is restarting the client) you seem to wipe out the NPCs knowledge about you, and you can do the quest again.

i never even knew the npcs had knowledge of you yet, my computer crashed about 5 months ago and havent been on it since...

I don\'t think that\'s a bug, you can do some quests endlessly, like Harnquists gold quest.

So long as you can\'t do them again right away, and you have to wait a bit, it\'s not a bug.

Logging out and then in again allows you to do it again, that\'s got to be a bug.
