I encountered an Error... Which Created a .dmp File
  Where Can I send this? or find out if this error has been come across Before?
  File Name is
    2005_addr00c1e45c.dmp
Any Clues?

If you think that\'s an unknown error (ie. you searched the forums and didnt find anyone talking about it) then you can upload your dump file here

you could try turning off the sound which fixes amny problems, you can do that using planeshift setup.
