what's with the death realm (or DR01)

ok... I died playing planeshift. I entered the death realm. However, the lighting is bad and I can\'t see the path. what\'s more, I fell off the path. A fall that would usually kill me didn\'t... but anyway, could someone explain how the death realm works?

You need to find the shinny pink portal.Just keep going straght and then turn left after the doorway.Unless they changed it since the wipe, I havent played since then

first push unstick twice or type /unstick /unstick to reset you on the path.

the reason the lighting was bad is, i\'m guessing, that it had to do with the glitch that every so often, after the game time changes, everything gets very dark. you just have to wait for the time to change again and it normally solves this problem.  getting out is really quite simple.  just follow the path.

I have the problem of not being able to see the path. even messing about with the contrast/brightness doesn\'t help. very frustrating not being able to see the edge. fell of so many times its ceased to be funny. unsticking takes on average about 10 uses before it works. on the couple of times where i\'ve reached the first ladder the pc gets stuck and well you get the picture.... very frustrating indeed

try playing with the gamma. it is a graphics card setting. unless there is something buried in the ps client somewhere... *heads off to the wish list*

Maybe its just a stupid bug or your screen is too dark. Yeah, like steuben said, maybe its just a gamma issue. (Allows you to see everything lighter)
