What skills are working

Is there a list of the skills that are currently working? I was going to train my shielding skill till sometold me it is turned off right now. Saved me a lot of aggravation. So what else works and don\'t work? Any input would be helpful.


Also since shielding is turned off, does it make my shield worthless?

3:light armor
4:Most of the ways
5:all the primary attributes
6:hand-hand

I believe thats all thats currently working

And yes, shields are currently useless. They do not appear to do anything by themselves either.

Shield actually slow you down. So you take more damage.
