Is there armor and weapons?And can all races wear them?

Yes, there are weapons. And armor. And all the races can wear them. Only the weapons actually appear on your character. Klyros can (or will at some future point) only be able to use light armor.

some weapons have stat requirement for using them, eg. you need 85 str to use a long sword.
