What a useless answer.  You know that the searches don\'t turn up anything usefull.

but it does tell them that there are not maps, and it gives them a list of discussions on why and offers alternatives. realy its quite useful

No.  There are maps.  The usual response is:


\"stfu nuub, do a search -- the maps show up if you do one\"


However, while maps do exist, I\'ve never been able to find links to them doing forum searches.

The Explorers have a very comprehensive collection of maps.  They don\'t share them with non members however.

Well, AFAICS, his post was even less useful than the one he complained about. Because the search does youeld usable results. I use it to great success often. In this case, it would have shown a lot of posts to say \"maps aren\'t allowed for public display\". Which is, BTW, exactly what the Explorers are doing: not making them publicly available.
See? Quite useful, as it would have provided the definitive answer for the OP\'s question. Q.E.D.
