You have to realize, though, that is only a stereotype born of historical societal standards, and has nothing to do with how people really are.

PS:  Yeah I made some mistakes in this post.  Its not certain women that are like this.. it is just a different in your face type of person.  Has nothing to do with gender.
Thank you! Someone gets it!

Too far fetched. There are biological facts that would question that.

With legs? That\'s it? Wow, your standards are either really low, or I\'m not getting the joke here. No offense to anyone without legs, of course.

You should visit NYC one day. That\'ll change that perception. We\'re not as rude as everyone thinks, but most people won\'t think twice about letting you know what\'s on their mind - men and women.

Not really. It\'s true that hormones and such are a factor, but there is nothing ironclad (adamant, unbreakable, whatever...you get the point) that makes men truly different from women on a psychological level.

Would you marry my male char if I said I was a female irl?

Personaly if I ever marry a female who\'s a guy irl I wouldn\'t care... it\'s all RP right?

Now you all start thinking that I\'m a female *tries harder to look like a male*

I think female Nolthrirs and Diabolis are the sexiest and hottest! :D
My dwarf char is telling me female dwarfs and dermorians are hot... he\'s crazy...
I think female dwarfs from MB were cute... I want them back!!!

IC: Erm... what am I doing here? I\'m married! *runs off before someone sees him*

Karyuu is a lovely woman, i find it amazing how these girls can play a game such as this and manage to stay here with their wonderful personalities not being oppressed by a bunch of sweaty kids that have asthma attacks when they find out they\'re female
We just take it all in stride, Demarthl. Some of us even find it amusing (because yes, I am just that sadistic). *laughs*

IC: Karii lounges in the grass by Hydlaa Plaza, grooming her snow-white fur. A thoughtful look crosses her face, and she chuckles softly to herself. She stretches her long legs and fixes her icy blue eyes on the cavern ceiling with a thin smile on her face. She says nothing.

Sure, why not? :D It\'s good enough for me. That alone provides me with endless fun. Plus, I love the way women look overall. Female characters make any armor or social clothing look sexy as well. ;)

I barely know anything about psychology but, don\'t hormones afect ones psychological view and so having different hormones would in fact cause a change on the psychological level.

I may be wrong but, I like to believe I\'m not.  Personaly, I think that men and women are very different, why some people tend to take that as an insult is beyond me.  Different isn\'t worse or better.

Hormones don\'t really force a person to act, feel, or think a certain way. I\'m not an expert on psychology, either, but I speak from experience. So believe me when I tell you it doesn\'t really make a difference. Choice is everything. In many ways, I am more \"feminine\" than many of my female friends.

hormones can, however, affect a person\'s feelings. they cannot affect their thoughts or actions, but they can certainly influence them.

for example, in real life, when children hit puberty, they tend to act completely different than how they acted when they were younger. not to say that a person doesn\'t change as they grow, but at that age, hormones are running rampant throughout the child\'s body. these hormones have an effect on emotions, which can influence thoughts and actions.

as we say in psychology: understand the thought behind the thought behind the thought behind the action. every action you do comes from a thought, and each thought is influenced by other thoughts and how we \"feel\" at that moment.

i\'m done talking about biology/psychology. XD

As I said, \"influence,\" yes, but nothing can actually cause a person to be a certain way; they have to choose it, in the end.
