Information for creating an account is available at the Downloads page on the main website:

To play PlaneShift you have to download one of the files below depending on your platform, and then register a new account. Before running the client, remember to run the updater program, it will get the latest files (on Windows: Start->Programs->PlaneShift->Updater).
