Sizeing problem

Hi i just got planeshift and its too big for my screen. and i cant see half of the screen so i cant do anything how do i resize it if i even can.....

go to technical help and find the post called SCREEN TOO LARGE, or osme other one of the sort, i believe its on the 2nd page
