May I recommend familiarizing yourself with just what PlaneShift is? I can already tell that you are going to have to change your ways a \"little\" to be accepted within the community. PlaneShift is centered on roleplay, not mindlessly attacking sprites on your computer screen. There is a guide to roleplaying stickied within this forum, and I would recommend you give it a look if you are unfamiliar with the subject. As it would appear.
The updates take a long time, this is known. Leave it running for a few hours, and go make yourself a sandwich or read a book.
There are over 60 people in-game nearly at all times, so you can see that while the community is rather large (particularly on the forums), it\'s nothing compared to communities of established, finished, commercial games. Thankfully.
