I asked you to look at the community response ;) I think you can figure out what the posts were like.

I think an addition to the ToS such as the one you mentioned would be absolutely splendid.
Judge: Are you trying to show contempt for this court, Mr Smith?
Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

No, actually I cant read his/her mind, and only getting half the story is like if you go to court for a traffic ticket, but arent allowed to speak in your defense.  As to ToS addition, I thought you\'d like that.  Of course, it WILL cut down on players a bit, because not everyone is that into RP.  But, if it works for you all, go for it.

You must not be aware of PlaneShift\'s target audience :) I guarantee you, it doesn\'t include the entire world.

Other than that,
Over and out.

Your TARGET audience, yes, but others will come too, and if they dont find the RP enjoyable, or feel too much pressure to RP, then you\'ll lose them, but you dont care about them, do you?  I think I\'m getting it now!  The RP is like a magnet, and as you know, a severe blow can in duce magnetism, causing some not-so-magnetic players to become more so, and stay around, the others will drop off, but the pull is in all directions, so more will come, repeat ad nauseam.

I do not think many roleplaying planeshift members will regret the loss of players who aren\'t in to RP, for those players do not contribute to the roleplaying experience, and therefor are of little value to roleplayers.

By the way, I don\'t think omnia mortis is a very nice name, as it means \"all dead\". I hope you don\'t mean anything with that..

maybe you should change it to something more cheerful like omnia felix :]
has anybody found my marbles?

Very carefully, step by step :D

It is difficult and quite often fatal. I have found that facing the ladder may help sometimes (have you seen the same warning in real life? :D )

I can\'t manage to do this, no matter how I try.

Have you tried doing it sideways?

Have you tried walking down on your hands while whistling marry had a little lamb while wearing mismatched socks and and your shirt inside out while it is raining out in the middle of June?  It might work that way.  ( :P at miss K)

And in seriousness, try the side stepping way mentioned. Defualt keys are A & D I believe.  Then just tap em slowly and you take little steps down each rung of the ladder.

Edit:  yup, /me spelling is bad.

Sideways is also good for those steep staircases (over 45 degrees) one finds here and there.
