Ok, I am not yet going to make the history and all that stuff. I will name more like my goals and ranks and maybe a bit of the structure, as well as the requirements I have set for my guild membership.
Goal: I aim for my guild\'s goal to be the helping of others and being kind, as well as helping noobs train and such with the use of groups. We will teach them to fight, and the stronger ones at first might even take the hits of stronger monsters while the noobs hack away safely. I know this plan isn\'t exactly foolproof, but nothing is, because there is always some fool who will mess it up for everyone. I also want my guild to be a giving guild and help out people, especially within it\'s own ranks. I will probably expand on my goals in the future.
Ranks:
1- Beginner
2- Ranger Student
3- Ranger Trainee
4- Ranger Apprentice
5- Ranger
6- Intermediate Ranger
7- Expert Ranger
8- Accomplished Ranger
9- Master Ranger
The highest rank attainable will be \'Accomplished Ranger\'. The structure of promotion will be based mainly on accomplishment and recommendation. If someone does something truly nice, and doesn\'t seem to be doing it just to get promoted, then I will promoted them, or put them on their way to promotion. I will use the point system to keep track of their accomplishments and they will restart at promotion.
Recruitment Requirements:
I don\'t ask for much. I ask that my members be polite, kind, and helpful to others. If someone randomly gets mad at you or gets mad at you for some reason, I expect you to try and solve the problem calmly, whether they are calm or not. You must stay calm and kind and admit to your mistakes. If I recieve word of someone doing something wrong, they will immediately be demoted based on the complaint. I have a good enough ability to tell if something is a false accusation or if it is being dramaticized. I am currently recruiting non-noobs to be my helpers for when I start to actually get members. All members must promise to the terms of membership, and uphold that promise as best they can.
Rank Structure:
The higher the rank, the more influence. If an Accomplished Ranger suggests something to me, I will think about it carefully. If a Beginner suggests something I will give them an answer right then and there most likely. This is all based on the relativity of the question to guild matters. Higher ranking members also may have more responsibility. It is a bit flexible at the moment, seeing as it is a very new guild.
Don\'t start going off about my faults, I know many of them quite well, with all the stuff not being there.... Just hold off til I actually get my guild set up, then start arguing over it. I would rather like to settle into a house before I start to fix it up and modify it...
