What exactly does the updater (recover) do that is different?  Sorry if its a stupid question, I\'m not very good with computers.

It simply doesn\'t load the GUI (Graphic User Interface) of the updater.
Are there any MoonSeekers left?

If you\'re experiencing graphic issues then run the updater in recovery mode. If not, you can run the \"normal\" version. It\'s your choice, really none will make anything that the other doesn\'t.
Besides, speed issues should be now solved, as it seems that now the server isn\'t loosing that big amount of packets.
Are there any MoonSeekers left?

Honestly, the only reason to run it with the GUI is to get a progress bar and a speed report.  I run it in the text (recover) mode most of the time.

Anyways... i, for some strange reason, dont even HAVE the Recoverymode updater... and my current updater doesnt even work... i mean i updated the long update when i got the game so it should be up to date... but it still should TRY to update...
