It\'s called lame talk, mostly used between newbies on Instant Messaging service. Sometime\'s used on IRC but someone ussually will flame you, Forums, someone will definately flame you.

Type correctly, and everyone reads what you say...
Don\'t type correctly, and nobody will understand what you said.

You see, I didn\'t read any of your posts. Instead, I just skimmed through them and not really getting what they meant. I read Link\'s posts completely due to correct grammar, punctuation, sentences, spelling, ecetera. Also, don\'t start flaming or insulting people, either. It\'s going to effect you in the long-run in the forums and in Planeshift. You\'ll get a bad reputation, too.

No offense meant, just backing everybody up and hoping that you will read this message, type correctly, and be more friendly. Oh yeah, and someone who I know in real life spends a lot of time on the Internet, forums, has no life, AND types correctly. Plus, he\'s smart.

One more thing: typing correctly can help you type up reports quickly due to practice from foruming and typing correctly. Like Link said, it will affect your school work. Once again, no offence meant, just backing everybody up.

And a happy Halloween to you all!

I personally don\'t know many forums where most of the people want atleast PRESCHOOL grammar and punctuation, Punctuation, I can live without although I prefer it. But, I dont see the point in typing stuff like \"b4, n, ur, u, r, etc\" There was a TV program that stated that there is teachers in some parts of the World that are getting papers with these spellings and failing the students.

thats hillarious.  funniest thing ive read all day. i never would have thought people were dumb enough to use those spellings in real life.

but yea...i myself am not at all picky about how people type on the internet. but when you dont even use punctuation...thats crossing the line lol. you really should put forth the effort to at least use punctuation and try to spell things right. pretend there is no punctuation at all in this post. it would be very difficult to understand it wouldnt it?

Link hasn\'t been warned or banned because in general I agree with his posts and if I feel his wording is too harsh I simply edit it and tone it down (rarely).

Also, I am now praising the Intelligent Designer for the day I see other forum people telling others to quit that idiotic IM 1-2-ur code.  Thank you! Thank you!
