Custom Skins

I did a search on this but never found a good answer. :(

I just wonna know how the custom skins work.
Like can everyone else see them and does it make everyone have the skin

I believe only you can see your custom skins. Also, if you put in a custom skin for a certain race, every other person who plays that race in game would show up wearing that custom skin.

\"Modifications to the client content (graphics, sounds, ...) are not allowed by PS License. In particular we will not tolerate players using mods to connect to an official server if those allow cheating, or modify the visual aspects of the game or its design. If you want to add levels or graphics to PlaneShift you are more then welcome to participate in our development.\"

I am fairly sure skinning the HUD on the client is tolerated, because pssetup has options for changing the skins.

I think that paragraph from the player guide means stuff like modding your clients so you can see through walls, make dark areas bright, etc.

Antra of the Guild Knights has made a GK skin... i think it looks great but it needs a few improvements... he says he is going to change the Borders a little.. so this isn\'t the final copy..
