i knew about the turning of sound
i worded my question badly
how do i fix it so i can use the sound with it?

Well this seems to happen a lot lately... and for me, before i sighned up in the forums and asked for help, i just kep trying and it gave me the error less and less and now it doesnt at all... so maybe running it a few times might help... and if you save a diognostics file you could send it do a gm or dev or someone and they might be able to help...
