Tiny people or just huge cave?

Ok, I haven\'t actualy gotten to play yet, it\'s still updating. So Iv\'e been reading the forums and the story off the main site and I\'m kinda lost on something. It says that the world is inside a stalagtite, ok that part i get, but are the inhabitants of this game like ultra small or is this cave that their stalagtite in like ungodly big?


One more thing. If there are other stalagtites and stalagmites then is each one like another world or am I just reading way to much into this?

given that all was created by the will of talad. it would have to be godly big. that is if you believe in such things. for me the first heresy is a bit closer to reality.

as for life in other stalatites. well there are those who claim to come from them. but, you\'ll never find them outside of the asylums.

as for stalagmites, they\'re just inverted stalagtites. how would yliaki walk? it would be like trying to walk on the ceilings.

Congratulations!  I believe you may have come up with a unique question.

I have not committed the entire Player Guide to memory, but I\'m pretty sure the topic of scale is not among those covered.  However, it is clear that neither of the human races in Yliakum are native, which implies that they came from Earth, and that therefore all of the races are \"regular sized\" living inside a really really really big hanging cave thingy.


It is suspected that there are other stalactites with other races living inside them, but none of the scientists of Yliakum have been able to prove or disprove this theory.

ok well this one isnt so wierd as much as it is quirky...i guess...

ok in the story section of the main site(i love this part of the site) it says that merchants some times make their own currencies to deal with higher values it gives a few like silver, gold, and platnium, so i was wondering if there was anything higher then platnium. it says that platinum is worth 1,000 tria, id find out for myself but i dont think ill beable to get there anytime soon

Well actually 1000 tria is very little
I have 61,000 right now..

But right now platinum doesn\'t exist, the highest mark is a circle (gold) which is 250 tria. So.. noone knows cause  well.. platinum doesn\'t exist yet

Oh and yeah it\'s definitely an ungodly huge stalagtite inside a.. unimaginably hue cave They say the cave it\'s so huge its practically endless.. And mabye later you can leave yliakum and go visit the labrynths, other stalagtites, stalgmites, and even the surface of the world!

Sure you can have people inside stagmites, its just that the highest part would be the smallest and I guess tere would be no light cause it would be at the bottom of the cave..

To answer your scale question ... it is an enormous cave with \'normal\' people living inside. According to the Races section of the Planeshift website they all have a height around our normal human one. For example:

Ylians
Physical Traits
Their robust and well-proportioned body gives them the opportunity to work in all arts. They can have hair from black to white, eyes with wonderful colors and skin from pale to dark brown. They are from 1.60 m to 1.85 m tall..
