Can you report exactly the message you get when you try to connect?
I haven\'t ever read the one you show in your post above.

Are you sure you have registered and you have confirmed the registration?

Use as login your email and remember that the password is case sensitive.

If this above is the message, I guess it needs to be translated at least to cheak -> check and forms - > forum.

Anyway, it sounds like you have to check what cypher do you get on the right of the name of the server. If it is not a number and you see fail then the problem is that the server is down.

You see that the suggestion is to log in with the email used for the validation of the account. I guess you find that info in the email you get, but for me it happened too long ago for remembering it.

About the @ : have you updated the client?

About numbers:
You should have in your log in screen a part on the right with written \"Servers\". There should be Fragnetics and next to it the \"ping\". The ping it is usually a number, but when the server is not reachable from your computer it shows \"Fail\" or \"Wait\".
What do you see?

Step one: account is validated [checked]. By the way, I did it yesterday.
EDIT: can\'t be the mail account. Too few spaces... my full mail is quite long. Should be my account name, I suppose?

Step two: update client. If you means to run the \"Planeshift Updater\", done. Tryed again: nothing. I read that someone has the same problem, But can\'t find the topic.

Step three: the server was already written first time I tryed. Then, I had to write by myself, so maybe I wrote it wron. I use laanx.fragnetics.com (any other names is recoquized as wrong). But I dont see any numer, before the program send the error message and close.

I didn\'t ask if you validate your email.
You were asking me where it was written that your account is not your registration name but your email, and I showed you a topic where somebody was telling somebody else to log in with the email used for the registration and NOT the registration name.

If you have already updated there is no need to update twice, I wanted just to be sure you have done that step, so we can try to troubleshoot in another direction.

You don\'t have to write anything in the server list! You should see the name \"Fragnetics\" as you probably have seen the first time you were trying to connect yourself.
And, yes, you have to see something on the right of this Fragnetics name. If you don\'t see anything, there is something wrong.

Can you please post on imageshack.us a screenshot of your log in screen? Thank you.

You have followed the previous suggestions and tried logging in with your -email- address, right?

Typing the @ character should be no problem at all. Make sure your graphics card drivers are updated, however. This may be causing the issue.

I don\'t know how I get this. I navigated randomly starting from a link in the main site, but can\'t remember how.

EDIT: by the player guide in the site. It brings to \"http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/planeshift/PlaneShift_CBV0.3.xxx.exe?download\", that\'s broken link. From there, I went exploring.
