Why is it doing this?

As my game loads at the start it will get almost done and say:

Something unexpected happened in Planeshift: Crystal Blue

Details:EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 7C00724A

Would you like to save a diagnostic file?



What is this and how do i solve it?

turn off sound using planeshift setup

darkwoot perhaps your error number is different.
According to the description of the error, the provided number describes a sound related one.
Wich is your error number? You should try to upload the dump file to http://command.no-ip.com/dmp/ but it seems that it isn\'t functional now.
