Haha, umm. Depends on who those people are.  I forget most people wouldn\'t know by now, but I can pretty much assure you I will never be a moderator.  I appreciate the vote of confidence nonetheless.

I see Karyuu is a new mod, good, if were to pick someone that would be my choice with Val being a close second.  That\'s two good choices in a row.

Didn\'t expect all this confidence, honestly, so thank you :) Glad to be able to help out if no one else is around.
Judge: Are you trying to show contempt for this court, Mr Smith?
Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

I agree that overly strict rules can be negative. Players might feel unconfortable and avoid the forum. This would go against the informational purpose the forum has.

However, there are some well constructed posts that further off-topicness and pointlessness. And I agree that such posts should be deleted. I\'m not claiming the posts you\'ve seen being deleted were fairly deleted, I\'m just saying Aendar might have seen them as negative in this way.

As far as roleplaying and reputation are concerned: I believe the Guild Forum should have hints and traces of those two.
However it looks like it\'s currently used as an important stage for building reputation and for roleplaying, in degradation of the Roleplay Forum, the guilds\' own forums and the game client itself.
Yes, yes, I know I\'m a culprit as well in this.

Congratulations Karyuu.

Disclaimer: This is my opinion and I can be reasoned with. I'm probably right, though.

That is a good thing to hear because that area needed some help.

Thank you for the vote of confidence Kiern.. and as I said I am here everyday and with the exception of two events in a year I believe that I have been quite respectful.  But I am not to good in a game of PS politics.

Kiern\'s had a rough past ;)

ramalamadingdong (No offense attended): Actually the Guilds Forums are mine.  I rarely mod the other forums at all.  And my job here isn\'t to make it fun.  That\'s not what moderators are for.  Moderator\'s are here to keep these forums flowing in a certain direction.  That\'s what I\'m doing.

P.S. Like I said....I don\'t mod the other forums.  If you wanna go to another forum, say Hydlaa for example, and post crap go ahead.  I\'m here to keep the Guild\'s Forums in line.

And if anyone ever has a problem with my modding style you are more than welcome to contact the admin.  But until someone higher up than me tells me differently I will be modding the forums as I see fit.

Only n00bs don't quote themselves...

meh.  You\'re willing to take orders, but not constructive criticism?
