loggin problems!!!

grrrr!!! i cant loggin! last time i loggin, i walked over a rat under the sewers i tried to fight it, but i dident know how so i walked over it and my entire computer went blank, black, then i restart and try to loggin, but then it freezes with just that one character, i made another one and then i got it, i can loggin to another character but not the one i tried to fight a rat with!!!!!!!!!! why cant i loggin, and how can i loggin again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh and if nothing helps my poor character, how can i dalete it..?

If your character that fought the rats has still the possibility to use the chat, I would recommend you to contact an advisor in game (throught the HELP tab in the chat) and ask them help.

Try also to set the brightness of your screen to maximum, and press /unstick twice fast.
If this doesn\'t make you see anything on the screen, it is time to contact the advisor like I said above.

no, the game screen when i loggin to planeshift, using the character who TRIED not actualy fought the rats down under the sewers,  dosent loggin, it starts to load the world and then it just freezes right there, err.. how can i delete a character?

There is a delete character button in the char selection screen.

You can try to disable sound before deleting it.

yeah, this game is something wrong, my other character is in the death relm and i fell off the edge of the cliff and now im stuck down there, oh and also i logged out of it and it became same as the one with the rat problem, i think ill quit, its no fun

For the character in DR, as written before, write fast twice /unstick and try to not fall

Anyway, try to disable sound before quitting :-)

And I have never said this game has anything wrong, is still in development

yeah, thanks but i can no longer loggin to the death relm character so i might as well delete it, thanks for telling me how to get unstuck, i type in: \"/unstick\" right?

Yes, twice fast if /unstick doesn\'t let you go in a place that can make you go out.

Anyway, I repeat (3) to try to disable sound before deleting your characters. Have you done that?

to late, my characters are deleted, i created a new one

If that happens again,  instead of ignoring what I wrote three times try to disable sound.

why should i disable sound?

Because OFTEN - it is enough to make a rough search on the forum - the sound can cause problems during loading of the world. Problems, like the one you got previously.

I didn\'t say you have to do it by default, but just if the problem reappears.

ok, now the sewer wont load, and i cant kill a rat, now i know im doomed again, i guess another account, whiped, ill try that sound thing

Dont whipe the account THEN try sound off... try sound off then report what happened... if there were more people to veiw this thread there might be a better perspective of this and the others might be of assistance as well... i know it is all annoying and everything... but please be patient... once you get the game up and running it will all be fine and dandy...
