*edit*

ok so i played aound with darkness and contrast a bit and came up with the desired affect. the pencil drawing is a bit light so i figured i would play with the tones so as to make it more the picture i wanted.

It\'s an interesting image, definitely, but the perspective is rather painful to look at. The body looks... twisted, or the legs too short. Also, when shading try to have the strokes follow the shape - so on something round, instead of using straight lines use curves to darken. :)
Judge: Are you trying to show contempt for this court, Mr Smith?
Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

it might be the page editing. i dunno. but the legs are slightly short . i did this  at like a 45 degree agle so  its strange but i might go and draw it again if i get the urge. better it if i can.

I mainly like your usage of the chains and the shading.  It gives the effect of toil, pain and slavery really.  I mean if you were too make it \"smoother\" it would just create a strong image with only a few principals.
Tecnical Support how may I help you?

I personally like the 45 degree angle better, it gives more dynamic, more drastic, more epic feel to it..

But I like the pose.. great job for now :D
