char. creation problem

after i downloaded everything i read the players guide about char. creation hen it wouldnt let me make a char. it said that the page could not be loaded and that it was an error.

On the login screen, do you see \"Fail\" by the Fragnetics server, or is it up and running for you?

im re-downloading it, but the updator is really taking a long time and there is blured wods every where.

Why a redownload? Try to follow the instructions I have posted previously. Not only should the game client be updated, but your graphics card drivers too, probably beforehand. And please check whether the server is available within the login screen :)

*edited to add* Important: READ THIS if updater is taking long time!

1. Try to avoid double-posting when no one has replied between your posts. Simply edit your last post to add new info.
2. What says \"SetupConfigManager failed\"?
3. Notepad is included in every copy of Windows. Right-click updaterconfig.xml, select Open With, and if you do not have Notepad listed, click \"Choose Program...\", click Browse, and navigate to C:\\WINDOWS\\notepad.
