Yes, I think so too. But since there will be mercenaries, they will probably be the only ones taking care of the selling of good parts. Atleast that\'s how I think It should be.

possibly the best items, but you should still be able to purchase good things from elsewhere.
<Rux> i wish i could say that narrows it down, but the internet is one freaky place

how do the players get the good items to sell to other players.

they come from somewhere, therefore anyone can obtain them by other means then another player, the latter is just easier

So what you\'re saying is that all items(armor and weapons) will be obtained by crafting?
Shouldn\'t there be items which only can be obtained from some creatures(monsters)? Like for example the toothsword.

And you think who made the toothsword - Totally unpractical for a weapon of sword type if you ask me and not really durable. You know, it is usually that monsters provide resourcers and crafters use them to make stuff (like your sword).
Or you are type of guy who think that when a mob is killed, you can find inside a metal chainmail, or anvil :)

Your post made a really wide smile on my face :D

im not saying anything... just some suggestions, and i think that things should come from a variety of places, monsters, player made, quest rewards

maybe \'some of the better\' should replace \'best\' ?

A toothsword may have been an bad example. Perhaps a bone used as a club, or a turtle which ends up as a helmet(Maybe trough crafting though).
Hmmm...I guess there ain\'t so much stuff that can be used directly from the corpses. But don\'t say nothing about my toothsword though. I think it would be awesome to hang around with a sword which you, yourself have pulled out of the jaws of great monster.

I think yo shouldn\'t be able to buy all the good items (not only weapons) from NPCs. So there will be some room for IC craftsmen. If you need some special item, you can either go out and try to loot it from an enemy or look for a craftsman able and willing to make it for you.

Tough I have to say I could be a bit prejudiced on this topic (look at the name) ...
Typing and grammatic errors may be safely ignored, they come without charge ...
