updating (a question)
« on: October 23, 2005, 02:12:39 pm »
How often should one update? I ask because when i went to the magic shop i was unable to get into the lab area at the bottom of the stairs. I was advised to update, this took about four hours (is there an easier way that takes less time?). Then last week I was in a conversation with a character who was mining underground, he said i should go through one of the other open gates in the city and i would find an entrance to caves. I searched and searched but to no avail, i just couldn\'t find another open gate. Do i need to update again to find these caves or was my leg being pulled?

thanks

Hum, I believe Laanx Temple well and the semi-secret door nearby the windowless tower are the only ways to enter the dungeon.

Updates are random and unbeknownst to anyone at anytime, hence the expression we lvoe a lot \"soon(tm)\"

whoever told you to find a cavern entrance outside should be shot, there is not one. you can either jump down the well in laanx, or manage to get around the wall by the windowless tower and through the basement.

to update faster search forums by post for \'Solone\' a temporary alt server thats quicker

thanks for the info on quick updating, much appreciated. i guess my leg was being pulled. I\'d explored the caverns under the temple many times, but was told it was another area that the guy was exploring. I came upon this person at the beginning of the road through the forest, he was fully submerges beneath it and only his name was visible. he said he was mining underground. guess i fell for that one
