you attack player/monster for 3 round based turns you cannot run away. You\'re lvl  will be a factor of how much damage u deal out and how much damage is recieved.
About the whole issue on the person being able to control the swings/jabs etc. i think is a lil far fetched. I mean not all people have the best connection in the world or the best reflexes and hand eye coordination, but that doesn\'t mean they cant be really good ,even the best players, in the game. Also other ppl will be able to use magic/shoot arrows at the monster/player you are fighing (but whoever deal the most damage gets the credit and experience for the kill.

I\'m sick of ppl killing me just b/c they r at a higher level.

I should have posted this initially oh well whats doe is done.

If a person spends more time playing the game why shouldnt they be able to kill someone at a lower level easily?
I mean if im playing a game for a month Id better be able to easily kill a newbie who attacks me out the blue because they got enough money to get a long sword and want to try it out.

Besides no pking in planeshift if you dont want to get killed by another plaer just avoid the arenas

I agree with you Link, that Runescape combat system just sucks.
