lost connectivity to laanx

I\'m posting for a guildmate who lost all type of conectivity to the laanx server. I mean that player can\'t even go to check if the server is up by http.
here is the only imformation I got :
pinging laanx.fragnetics.com (203.81.44.229) with 32 bytes of data:
reply from 10.0.0.1: Destination port unreachable (4 times)

it\'s not a complete lost of connectivity (that person can still browse other websites, use aim and so on) and the firewall on this connection is not supposed to stop outgoing connections. if anyone has got a clue on what\'s going on here ...

if not, then I would also check the router settings (if you are using one), check to make sure that the ports are open in the router, also check to see if you can connect if your computer is put in the DMZ. Sounds like it is a router configuration issue. Double check the router first.

the ip address that you\'re getting there is router related. it is an odd ip, but a correct one.

apparently the router (yes there is one) would not survive using the DMZ. any other idea ?

bypass the router and give it a try. try poking around there are a few ports that you have to open to get ps to work through such things. i recall 7777 udp... but i may be more likely wrong then right.

It was 7354 before this latest update, but became 7777 afterwards.
