This is not funny. 
Take it easy, no one is looking for confusion. If you didn't find it funny, because it perhaps isn't funny, then perhaps you should calm down and search for all the rest of this thread looking for what you consider funny, instead of ranting and asking for draconian actions because of a mildly offtopic post in a place where it is not so critical and because you don't see it as funny.
Of course, perhaps you wrote that with humorous intentions...
