Odd art from Radiant Memphis

Some art shown here may not be sutable for those of a frail nature or under the age of 18, although no actual nudity is involved, sugestively ::ahem:: skin tightyness of clothing,(A.K.A. looks like it was airbrushed on) may not be acceptible to some persons. you have been warned. Well, that was some of my old stuff before my old Mac died.....(old Mac:I\'m not dead yet) well, almost fatally died.

I started with Poser 4 for the Char, got pose and proportions of said Char. I wanted ect cetera. Saved the 3D map of said pose elsewhere, opened Bryce 4, then imported it. Once in bryce you can change different aspects of the of the Char. I.E. skin look to what ever texture is there or you can also load new ones for it.(note as seen in pic. you can change different parts of Char. down to the indevidual fingernails texture or color ect cetera) :D then place lighting as needed and build the background in bryce. Render and walla. On a side note, some final touches where added in Photoshop 5 for that soft happy look on a few pics. Once I get my Old Mac up and running again, I look forward to doing more similar pics. (all drawn pics where done with Photoshop 5 and Painter.)

abit of topic, but it is a good comic. Good art Memphis, you seam like an expert or at least an advanced user, how is the best way to get started? with those 3d programes?

I wouldn\'t say expert by any means, maybe a little learned, hardly advanced.
Well, to tell you the truth I just started playing around with them. After I got to a point where I thought was ok with what I wanted to express I found out I could import Poser into Bryce. Then everything else was more playing around with them ( learning what does what and so on and so forth.) I like to experiment alot, plus these are easy programs to use I think. Although I did go to shool for multi-media and animation, so guess some work I had (very long ago) with some 3D programs kinda stuck with me. I always tell people, think as the program as an new toy, use your imagination and see how far you can go with it. Have fun with it. 8)
Also, the comic isn\'t mine, but I do admire the use of what looks like photoshop used in it\'s editing.

Oh i see so michelangelo\'s David is adult is it? There\'s a difference between pornographic nudes and artistic nudes....

once again I point out that if you think anything to do with nudity is sexual, you're afraid of your own parts. want people to censor david perhaps?
