My history buff friend informed me as I was about to erase it that it is not just the symbol of crusaders :) It is a simple geometric figure that adds a little something to the blankness of his clothing/shield/etc. and BTW, the knife is not meant to be useable, it is a decorative given him (in the story I am writing) by his king for saving him in a battle. It is a known symbol given to few, and is meant to be small. Also, the shield is small because he depends on speed. His boots/shin armor are made of light metal and made mainly for slashing protection and also if he drops to his knee(s). He didn't use leather because the metal looked more uniform with the other people, and seeing as he is a Royal Guardian, the group of about 15 people who serve as personal bodyguards to the king, he likes looking uniform. :) I could explain him inside out, but you can wait til i write the story. It is not PS based, BTW.

Crusader: "For England and king Richard! Wait where the hell am I?, why the hell is there a guy made of rock walking around? What in the world is going on?"
Random Enki: "WTF u tlkin bout n00b lolz"

OK I realise that the Crusader  isnt to do with PS, but that just came into my head.
Nice  looking by the way, the armors realistic.

In the first colourising why is the dudes eyebrows and beard a differnt colour from the rest of his hair? Otherwise cool, and the other colourisings are awesome.

Art part is done with your usual ruged charm.
Kinda unpractical though.Too long to allow unabstructed movement. And a bit wide and far to heavy from the looks of it.
Shoulders could also use a bit of wirk but other than that its another usual piece of work from you(that means its great)

(not criticism, i just noticed the resemblance)
