Wheeee...

Been a while...

Anyways, random character named Gwenadreil, a Ranger that was originally made in the forgotten realms universe and is an ally of the forgotten realms version of Farren.

It isn't quite finished yet, as a note.

What a miserable, pathetic excuse for art! I mean, really... my three-year old niece could do better!

Ok, not really... I just thought with all the praise you might be getting a big head... I don't even have a three-year old niece.

Looks pretty good... Was that last post supposed to have a picture? 'cause I'm not seeing one.

I KNEW IT! I knew you would get back into the drawing! Keep it up Farren. Your work as I said before improves every time you draw. Trial and error will make you into a wonderful artist.
I've been outside, it's overrated and the graphics suck!

Some new/old stuff I don't think I ever posted...

Plate/Half-plate armor concept - Incomplete/Discontinued

An armor concept I did for someone... It was meant to be evil-ish, and contain leather, chain, and plate armor. I got lazy, drew half and then mirrored it >.>

The above drawing was in response to this one being rejected :P

The character Maekada Folay

If you ever hear Farren mention a creature from the stone labyrinths this is it (not in-settings, but oh well)

Old drawing of a friend's character, never completed, discontinued since they quit playing.

Some elf chick's protrait, not sure if I have ever posted it...

The only thing I can offer tip-wise is to be able to envision and see the image you want to draw in your mind. If you come to a bit of artist's block, draw other things, don't keep drawing what you want to look good, or you may accidentally ruin the drawing, as I have done many times.

Hey Farren. I'm gonna go on a leg here and say that to be honest, you haven't improved that much lately. Getting comfortable i guess. Oh well they still look nice.
Good luck with drawing and hope to see you ingame.

PS:The dragon picture is still the best one you drew IMO.
If I stand on the axis of the world will you mind if I say that the world revolves around me ?

Like I said, those were all old, nothing new. I haven't drawn anything for months. Oh, and that dragon was likely the OLDEST of all my drawings... Back when all I could draw was profile view.

Swords and tree are good, background is passable (though could be embellished) ;)
But I strongly recommend looking for another font (or at least a new text styling) as the current one is nearly impossible to read clearly. Maybe the yellowish outline was meant to be gold embossing? Doesn't come out too pleasant on the brownish background.

Armor sketches aren't too bad though. :)
