3.012 Released!

It is finally here! 3.012 binaries are in the updater repository for your updating pleasure. Please see the Guide for details on updating.

Do you know when the server will be restarted and i managed to connect to the server but i couldnt create a character is that what you mean by you cant connect to the server?

As far as not being able to connect, that may be a result of the different versions (server allows connections, but not character loading). I don\'t know for sure, but I do know that you can\'t play till the sever restarts.

yeh i no. Btw cha0s do you know why my pssetup wont work? It says:

Is this in a further update or is this a bug or what? This started just after i used the unofficial updater
and im geussin that the updater is slow because the server is down.

do you know how long it takes to restart a server normally because although u, cha0s, say it is online it doesnt seem that way to me. Fragnetics is fail 100 and the number of ppl online is 0.

 No pssetup cant get to work. = set full screen and hight width in planeshift.cfg.
 In game no sound options, in options.

Server problems in the next few days are anticipated as some bugs are being ironed out.

Run updater .jar second time said all files up to-date , then ran game update  another 54.62 MB to update, updater is running at 2KB, so of to bed letting it run good luck all.   )

The main updater has been updater to include 5 possible mirror downloads. This in general is good. Unfortunately, these mirrors are not all up to date (this is bad). Therefore, sometimes you may be \"Up to date\" when you\'re actually not. My updater will be updated to deal with this change in the next few days (as well as adding a download speed indicator ). Hopefully, all of the update servers will be in sync in the next few days.

P.S. Ironically, the reason you had to use the game updater was that Laanx,  which is the only mirror my current updater uses, was not up to date. I believe it is up to date now, though I\'m not sure.

As I have said previously that my updater doesn\'t work, well, it still doesn\'t. Since it doesn\'t work, I have tried deleting the 011 version and went to try to download the 012 version, but I found that in the downloads page for Mac OSX, the 012 version is still not available, when you was said it was released. Any recommendations?

Try my newly updated updater (see the Guide for details). It should be able to get the files you need.
