Broken Quests

well for one the holy script quest is still broken, as is jayose\'s falka quest, that is all i knw if you know anymore feel free to post, and devs please post when these quests are fixed

That\'s a bit short; more details (without too much spoiling though) when and where the quest is stuck would be better, for both the developers and the advisors.

- Holy script: (as far as I heard, it is not handed out)
- Falka lamp oil: probably solvable if you have 200 single tria coins
- Gorbiak disease: correct sentence to the healer is very hard to imagine (lack of alternative sentences), requires 50 single tria coins, but finally no potion given (50 tria loss)

The Holy Script quest is back in the game, after a long absence, but so far I haven\'t found out the right sentences to say yet. Might be broken, might just be one single hard to find sentence that makes it work?

I tried the Holy Script quest a few days ago, and it\'s broken. So is the falka quest. Ofcourse it might be possible to complete them, but not in the way it was meant to be.

Just to add to the list, here are the quests that I have been given.

Gold Ore (both) - Works
Lamp Fuel - Works, but need to pay in all Trias
Sword - Works
Sack - Works
Teeth - ?
Blacksmith Weapon Com... - I went to the correct person, but couldn\'t get any related response no matter what I tried.
Weapon Identification - When I gave the weapon to the second person they say \"provided you do me a favor, what say you?\" and then they keep the weapon and it still is listed as uncomplete.
Holy Script - I went to the correct person, they send you back to the original person and again I can\'t get any related response no matter what I tried.
Golden Ring - ?

Does anyone else know of other quests?  Are the ones I am stuck on really broken?  If not, let me know, otherwise I just wanted to mention how they were broken so they could be fixed.

I tried not to mention any spoilers so I didn\'t post who the quest is from or what to do.  Just the name of the quest with any NPC names removed.

this is a thread for broken quests and dont post unless you are positive for example the golden ring does work its just the recent npc being invinicble has messed it up

I realize this thread is for broken quests.  But to prevent future posts saying that a quest is broken when it is not (aka Falka quest), I thought it would help to say which ones were NOT broken.  As the game gets more and more quests I realize this would definately not be a good idea, but right now since there are few it doesn\'t take up much space.

Regarding the Golden Ring quest... the \"?\'s\" mean that I haven\'t tried to complete it so I didn\'t know the status (broken or working).  That is why I didn\'t post Works, or a place where it was broken.  I was planning on updating it when I knew more.

I was only trying to be helpful to people who wanted to check if their quest was broken or not and also to the devs by stating more specifics on the ones that were broken.  If putting the working quests among my list makes the post belong in the general discussion, that is fine.  Except I know that if I included the broken quests in the other thread I would be told to not post them there and post them here instead.  There has to be one place where they can co-exist in one list. :)

The warehouse quest was broken yesterday, but today it works.

The blacksmith \"get items\" quest is broken.  Giving him what he asked
for results in \"... does not need that.\"

I got the ring, so that one works, but you are then asked to get
something from another NPC, who doesn\'t seem to have it.  At least
I couldn\'t get him to respond in any but the usual \"i don\'t understand\"
phrases no matter what I said or did.  However, this is part of the
getting a pet thing, and I see pets around, so I assume it worked at
some point.

About the ring: If you know where to get the required additional jewelry, you don\'t need to ask the other merchant where to get them. Just hand out the jewelry and your ring will be modified by the confused man in the forest.

About the blacksmith items: Confirm. He said he does not need what he requested before.

Still working well: Both quests for the Hydlaa gate keepers. One of them is an almost perfect start for beginners, they only need a few tria to start with (and as long as healthy things grow in shady places...)

Unfortunately, fruits are way too cheap. I hoped you could sell 5 pieces for 4 tria - that was a mistake.
