Yes, there has been problems with this, at least some people has complained about that.
For the name, it seems related to sound. I seem to recall Ligh having that same message but still being able to play the game with sound on!
I\'d try to run the game turning sound off using planeshift setup.
I also recall DaveG talking about some component that wants to load but still isn\'t implemented (can\'t exactly recall if was this one) and AryHann telling about lots of error messages that are stored on the psclient.txt even if in the configuration is stated that no sound has to be loaded.
I do hope it\'s only sound related and turning it off helps, because I made a quick search and I\'ve been unable to find a \"universal\" solution.
