Greetings,
Just did a search and didn\'t find this listed anywhere else...
Was playing around last night and ran into a couple of issues that could be fairly problematical.
1. Combat Stats Delay. When you attack an opponent, your display updates with their information fairly rapidly and fairly often, however, your own information does not appear to update as often or as rapidly.
I first noticed this when I went from 75% health to 8% before I even swung at my opponent. At first I attributed it to a super Clacker. I tried it again, on the same clacker after returning from DR and took the clacker without issue. This time however, I went through about 8 Clackers and was still at 100% health. I went to engage the next one and just as I clicked on attack, my health dropped to 12%.
I created an account for my second system and logged in. I had the two characters grouping for a bit so that my second character could see everything correctly, and I noticed that my second system was showing much lower health than my main display.
I logged out and back in and tried a few other fights, same thing. I even tried having my second account try a few fights and watched the other way. In both cases the system where I was fighting, my stats were massively delayed in updating, whereas the system that was acting as observer, updated almost instantly.
2. Non-Damaging Grouped Characters Recieve Recieve No XP. When you group multiple characters, the only ones who recieve experience are the ones who do actual damage to the mob, however, the same does not hold true for loot.
From what I have seen of the world so far, there is not really much need for dediated healers as of yet, but, when this does become necessary, the Healers do not appear to recieve XP for their support. And even if they do damage, they will need to do near the same level of damage that the dedicated combat members do to keep with the experience curve.
