Server failing problems

This makes me really mad. I am having a similar problem to that of \"Jjairr\" and i really don\'t know what to do.

Please people, if this has happened to you, then please tell me how to fix it. If you are currently experiencing the problem, then post it here, make some noise!!! We need to get this problem noticed!!!

Next time, please post in an already-created relevant thread instead of opening a new one :)

Make sure that if you have a firewall/router, port 7777 is open for server \"Laanx.\" If you are on a wireless connection, make sure that it\'s not dropping you every once in a while. Make sure you have updated, and then update again (try recover mode). Check the server status to make sure the server is actually available, and not dropping you.

I am sorry to inform you but the server is down right now and any more noise does not help in this situation.

Please check the server status here.

If the total number of people online is zero or the current time and the report time are different, the server is down.

EDIT: Karyuu was faster than me  :)

thanks to both of you. i just needed confirmation that the server was actually down, cuz\' i had checked the website and nobody was on. thanks for your help:)

The server was stuff in an infinte loop for some reason so there was no crash email indication sent out to inform us of a problem.  I need to work on a system that can inform me of when the server enters into this state.  

So yes, the server was down for a while ( well it was up but just refusing all connections ).  I have restarted the server so it should be up now.

I think i have a different problem because i was in Qujava lookin for the black smith thier going in and ot of houses when all of the suddent the server crashed right when i was coming out of one of the clay houses at the fron gate. and ive not been on since the thing jsut fails every time
